i have pcos so AF is already a little of schedule. Last period was in March. All last week I had full aches cramps and sore groin and leg muscles, today was really bad, and I had some spotting, started out pink and got a little darker but it only lasted about 2-3 hours. Could this be implantation or possibly a really early miscarriage?

It could be simple spotting. I would hold off on any presumption of implantation bleeding or miscarriage until you get a positive HPT.
Hello, if you have not gotten a positive hpt, it is not a miscarriage. Cramps and bleeding sound like a regular old period. Why would you jump to a miscarriage?
When you haven't had a period in a while, do you have a monster period when it arrives? Sounds like that's coming. Take care, grab some chocolate and painkillers.

if you are worried- talk with your doctor - they will be able to tell you more than we can. But I agree with PP - if you haven't had a positive HPT, then I don't think miscarriage is the problem here.
do you have a chart? If you don't chart, then you should probably start. It can help tell you about your body and whats going on throughout your cycle. get FF, and a BBT thermometer (mabis is highly recommended).

Other than that, most OBs want to induce a period if you haven't had one for 60-90 days. Are you currently being seen for your symptoms?
