FSH injections after multiple miscarriages?

Hey everyone, I'm new to the boards (sort of). I've been lurking for a couple years and this is my first post.  My back story, Me 33 DH 32. TTC since 2013. 4 miscarriages (all between 6-8 weeks), seeing an RE.  All testing has come back normal.  The only thing that as been brought up is my thin lining (usually around 5-6mm at ovulation) I get pregnant very easily (first time every time). Just can't stay pregnant.  Our next step is FSH injections with timed intercourse.  Has anyone gone this route?  Does it help with the thin lining issue?  Thank you in advance for any information you might have.  : )
