6 weeks blood tests ok going for dating ultrasound this sat...but worried

hey guys!
This is my first pregnancy. I have one blocked tube and was told if i wanted to have a baby id have a 50% chance of conceiving without IVF..well all my prenatal bloods came back good and shes sending me for a ultrasound next saturday...IF it was eptopic would ahe have seen a red flag in the blood work?:/... Morning sickness started yesterday as well..oh joy aha
