Hi Mommies! I am lurking over from the November Birth Month group. I am a FTM and have plans to breastfeed. Baby will be 90% fed by mommy's boob but may occasionally take a bottle. I am trying to see what the most recommended pacifier for breastfed babies are. Obviously, I know that some babies are picky and will choose for themselves which type of paci they take, if they even want one at all. Thank you all for your help and looking forward to becoming an active member of the Breastfeeding group real soon!!
ETA: If your baby never took one at all, I would be interested to know!!

Re: What pacifier does your breastfed baby take/like??
My bub won't take a pacifier or bottle, so all your planning might be for naught. If you have a registry, maybe put a couple different brands on the registry to experiment with.
Fwiw, the only nope my bub had ever latched onto other than mine was a tommee tipped, but your babe could have a totally different preference.
I'm sure you know this, but try to avoid giving a pacifier at first. In the early weeks just let your baby comfort nurse at the breast, it will help to get your milk supply off to a good start.

DS1 only took MAMs. DS2 didn't take anything. DD will only take a NUK pacifier. We tried many different ones and that's the only brand that she wouldn't spit out.
