what vitamins/digestive enzymes/ probiotics do you take?

  • I take vitamin D, krill or cod liver oil, and a probiotic blend by Nature's Way containing L Reuteri. L Reuteri, transferred through breastmilk, can reduce colic in babies and helps reduce the duration of some tummy infections. I also supplement LO with Vit D and L Reuteri (Biogaia brand) and will be switching to a probiotic blend when I run out.

    In the past, I've found Syntol AMD to be very effective for combatting and preventing yeast infections, but it is pricey. The probiotics are in spore form, so they take hold more easily. It also contains enzymes that target yeast.

    I also consume fermented foods and drinks.

    (I don't take prenatal vitamins because of an allergy)
