Haircut?

My little guy is beginning to need a haircut.  Have any of you been down that road already?  Any advice for a new parent on this is appreciated.

We've already had to cut our little guys hair twice because it grows so fast. We've just done it ourselves so far to get t out of his eyes/ears. We put him in his high chair and gave him a snack and a toy he really liked and it went ok. I'm thinking we'll probably get a "real" haircut around his first birthday!
