Upper stomach uncomfortAble

I am 19w1d and today and once last week my stomach under my boobs in the centre feels tight and uncomfortable. Almost like a bloated feeling and like something heavy is sitting there. Anyone else have this?

Yup. Your organs are shifting, you're bloated and retaining water, oh and you're growing a baby. Welcome to pregnancy!

Yes!! It was soo uncomfortable! It felt like there was going to be no more room for baby at first, but things have adjusted (and I passed a bunch of gas) and am feeling better. Hope you get a little relief too!

I had this too!  It freaked me out the first time because I wasn't ready to hurt everywhere.

All of the above, but if the pain becomes unbearable, talk to your doctor. You might have gallbladder issues.

Yes, me too. I find it gets worse if you haven't had an. *ahem* bowel movement in a couple days.

You could try zantac to help or tums. Both are safe. My indegestion sometimes feels like pressure and the zantac helps. Unfortunately it's one of the joys of pregnancy.

This happened to me a couple of days ago and it was really uncomfortable. Of course I was freaking out that something was wrong, but the pain subsided after a couple of hours. It's hard to remember sometimes how much our organs are moving around causing pain to shift.

Could be heartburn too, so keep some tums in your purse. I also take fiber gummy supplements every other day to stay regular. It makes the world of difference!
