cramping and baby movement

I am thrilled because I have really started feeling baby move a lot this week! I also started having these random cramps intermittently. Is anyone else experiencing this? I feel like the baby moving and the cramping are somehow linked because they started at the same time...

I have been having cramping more lately too(I'm 18 weeks) I'm thinking it's just round ligament pain but not sure...

I have experienced this as well. The cramping has been brief and hasn't been accompanied by bleeding so I assumed it was nothing to worry about.

The cramping is everything stretching out. I'm more crampy at 16 weeks than I was at the beginning. The baby is growing fast now and needs room.

I've had nasty cramps, too. Definitely different from the round ligament pain. I find RL happens when I get up too fast or twist funny. The cramps are dull and, well, feel just like cramps. Stay hydrated!

Experienced round ligament pain for the first time last night. As I rolled over onto my side, it felt like my abdomen was going to fall off!

I haven't really looked myself over for a few days and tonight before getting in the shower I looked at myself in the mirror and WOW! I swear my belly doubled in size. I am going to be 19 weeks on Saturday and baby is definitely having a growth spurt! Thanks for sharing your experiences!

I am 18w/4d and have had a lot of sharp pains in my abdomen lately. I've also gotten a lot bigger so I'm sure they are related.
