It's official! Dating ultrasound question

Well my RE suspected I was carrying twins and a ultrasound today shows two sacs! My question is that I should be 5w3d. I triggered on May 14th and ovulated May 15th. But the babies measured 4w3d and 4w6d. Is that normal? Anyone else have a similar situation?
