Surgery scheduled 12/12/14 to fix possible isthmocele
3/26/15 transferred one 8 cell grade 4 embryo and one 6 cell grade 3 embryo = slow rising betas for 2+ weeks = ectopic MTX shot 4/29/15
Repeat c-scar surgery June 2015
2nd and last IVF cycle August 2015, stimmed for 12 days, 2 egg retrieved, both mature and both fertilized. Transferred both 8-cell embryos on Day 3, beta 9/5/15 = BFFN
1. I worked out 5 times last week, even brought my sneakers to Chicago this weekend and went for a run on Saturday!
2. I ate like I was never going to eat bad food again this weekend...fried chicken, corn dogs, fries, funnel cake, chinese food. Seriously I enjoyed my weekend home!!
3. Get back on track with eating and exercise this week!

1. Weight is going well. I am down 32 lbs and now only 3 lbs away from where I was pre fertility meds and baby. I have about 10 more to go ideally. 2. Usually I need to work on weekend eating. I actually was good this weekend with my diet!!! I wasn't at my target calorie goal, but I wasn't out of the ballpark like normal. I am quite happy about that! It could be better though still. 3. Keep it up with My Fitness Pal, the gym and watching my carbs.
I hope it's ok if I join in. I have started the 21 day fix and am trying to get in better shape before all the doctor appts start again.
1. The weather has finally warmed up here and I have gone on long walks everyday trying to get steps on my fitbit.
2. I came down with a sinus infection and haven't done my 21 day fix workouts since last wednesday
3. I plan on getting back on track with those workouts tomorrow and keep doing the meal plans. I have 10 more pounds to lose to be pre-pregnancy weight (15 lbs pre-fertility meds) But I am going in the right direction now so I have to keep up the momentum.
