my 4 month old isn't wanting to eat and plays with the bottle nipple. Is she starting to teeth?

Is she biting on an stuff, drooling a lot? When you feel her gums do they feel swollen or kinda warm? Maybe even a slight temp? It's completely possible for her to start teething now so just incase I'd say get some orajel or teething tablets and throw some teething rings and pacis in the freezer
