Good doctors/midwives in Howard County?

I've been going to woman kind and haven't been thrilled with my doctor so I'm finally making the decision to switch. I really want a practice where I will be seen by one doctor or midwife who will be delivering my baby. I also want a doctor who involves me in my own care and is open to facilitating an unmedicated birth with as little intervention as possible. It seems like most doctors are really quick to skip to medical interventions. I've seen really great reviews for Dr. Homayara Aziz. Has anyone been to her? I know Signature is popular but I've read some really bad reviews about them.. and they also told me they won't accept new patients after 30 week's and I'm 28 weeks now. Any suggestions and/or personal experience would be greatly appreciated.
