medication free birth book recommendations?

I would like to natural...or medication free, this time around. Anyone have books they recommend that helped you better prepare your mind and body?? TIA!

    I have a friend who went to the classes for the Bradley method. Though I can speak from experience I know she's had 2 med free births.

    I second or third Ina Mays guide to a natural childbirth. It's very hippie but still great. That and the Bradley Method book. I used both as my labor bibles and had both my boys without any meds or IV. It's intense but awesome! !!
