I had mine last week. They measure legs, arms, heart, brain and more. Check for cleft lip, good blood flow in the heart, that the kidneys are working well. It was cool! Don't be nervous!!!
Update: Had mine done today and everything looks great. Still have a spot on the heart, but the doctor is not too concerned about it. He offered me to do some bloodwork. Haven't decided if I'm going to or not. Need to discuss it with DH.
When I was pregnant with DS, my OB's office sent us to a radiology place for a "Level 2" ultrasound at 19 weeks (all others were done in office). It was pretty much exactly the same as my anatomy scan at 20 weeks for DD, except maybe the radiology place had more advanced equipment than my OB's office did?
I have a level 2 ultrasound on Tuesday. I am so nervous. We went for our anatomy scan yesterday and my little girl was curled up nice and comfy and didn't really move around too much. They said they couldn't get a clear picture of her heart so they are sending me for a level 2. Everything else looked good but it makes me nervous to have to go somewhere else in a few days! I wish I could just go today and make sure everything is okay!

This. I have my Level II ultrasound next week. They have better equipment and allow more time for the scans.
