help with a name

Hey mommas! We struggle with picking names for our babies. My son was almost a day old before we settled on his name. I dont know why it is so hard for my husband and I, but it is. I think we have a first name for a girl picked out, Ruby, but can't seem to find a middle name that we love. My number one so far is Lou, but my husband isn't convinced. We are looking for a one syllable name. We aren't finding out the gender so we need to think about both boy and girl names.

Hahaha! I don't mind a quirky name, but I try not to set my kid up for torment his entire life.

There is also a name board that has some very helpful ladies. If you read through some of the posts first I think there was one on 1 syllable middle names already

Our niece's name is Ruby Jane. I think it sounds really nice together. I like the Ruby Rose suggestion too!

I would hold on mae. It's cute for a little girl but sounds slightly country. (Just my thoughts). I'd stick with a more classic middle name she can grow with like Anne or Jane. Just my opinion
