    I've always loved the name Nicholas, and I feel like Owen has become a bit overused. Plus I'm not a huge fan of using the same first initial for sib sets.

    Nicholas,  A little less popular then Owen, and I personally don't care for matching sibsets.

    I like Owen because it's less plain than Nicholas. But... I'm a Jennifer, so I have an aversion to the plain names of my generation (Nick, Matt, Mike, Jen, Jill, Sarah, etc. etc.)
