Food nibble pacifiers

Hi. Has anyone heard of food nibble pacifiers? Are they good for children? Their teeth, etc?

    Never heard of this term. Are you talking about a mesh feeder?

    I gave one to my son when he was 6 months old. He had no interest in it. They are not appropriate for babies in the 0-3 month age range; babies at this stage should have nothing but breastmilk or formula.
