Low PAPP level

i had my first trimester screening for genetic abnormalities. While my results came back with no genetic issues, my PAPP levels came back a little under the normal cut. A low number can lead to an increased risk of preterm birth, small birth weight, and possibly stillbirth. The cutoff is .4 and my numbers were .39. Anyone else have this issue?
