Adorable or Princess or Hero or All-Star ? I really don't need my infants clothes to tell me or anyone else what to think . . . of course feel the same way about my car's bumper - not a place to post my opinion.
I have always tried to get DD clothes that are simple and and don't say much. Gap sometimes has some cute stuff. I tend to go for the grown up clothes in small sizes.
I like Carters clothes - affordable, well-made, well-designed - except for their insane notion that they need to put some sort of word or phrase on nearly every frickin infant and toddler item they make . . .
Agreed, I hate the writing on clothing! I buy the "plain" stuff for the most part (I don't mind the shirts with one thing in the middle, like an appliqued train or something like that for my boys). Mostly stripes, solid colors in our closets! Luckily Gymboree usually has a plain version in each of their lines if you don't want the crap on it. And I agree about the Carter's stuff....it would be great except they put the cutesy stuff on everything and ruin it!
I guess it depends on what it says. Some things I don't mind...their really cute. I don't like totally plain things though...too grown up looking for an infant. They grow up fast enough as it is.
