Nanny / au pair search in Miami

I live in the Grove and will be in need of an in-home babysitter/nanny/au pair (don't really know the right terminology!) for when I return to work after my maternity leave ends next April 2016. I will likely need them 4-5 days per week - some of those days I will work from home but will need the in-home help so I can be more productive. I'm hoping to hire someone who could also do some light housework.

Any advice on where to start looking for reputable help? I'm so new to this and don't have any friends in the area who have needed child care for their infants. Thanks!
