Newborn choking on smallest flow nipple, any lower flow nipple than slow?

My newborn is 2 weeks old now and she chokes every time we feed her. We have gotten the slow flow nipples as well as the petite nipplrs for premies. Is there anything else I can do? She chokes just about every time she feeds now.

Feed her slower? Sit her up a little??

I was having the same problem. We have luck with the Dr. Browns preemie nipples, they are the slowest flow we can find. Have you tried those? There is also Dr. Brown ultra-preemie that is even slower if you can find it. Our LC gave us some to try.
