Amazon Registry Fail?

I signed up and completed our registry through amazon thinking it would be easiest for family/friends to find.
After I made it public I realized our names / registry isn't showing up in any search results when you search on Google. Our names also don't show up in amazon search - only when you search Baby Registry then type in the name. Seems a lot of steps and I'm afraid people won't find it?
Anyone else had this problem? Thinking of switching everything over to The Bump registry???
