Hi lovies! First time mom here will be 7 weeks on Saturday!! :) I was wanting to start some kind of fitness program now. I feel so bloated and I feel like (maybe I'm going crazy) I've gained some water weight already... so I wanted yalls opinions on some dvds what you thought were the best? Because I have no idea where to start!! Lol. Thank you!!

  • Have never used DVD's but if you don't work out now, I would maybe start off my walking and try yoga or pilates

  • Daily Burn is great. Jane Fonda has some new dvds that are low impact and great for a beginner.

  • I've been doing the 21 Day Fix 30 minute workouts and I lost 20lbs before finding out I am expecting my third. I plan on continuing the workouts and just doing a modifier version as the bump grows. Feel free to message me and I'll give you the details. :)
  • I got the Lindsey Brin pregnancy three pack 3rd edition, and it's really good. It's a different workout for each trimester.

  • I am using the Tracy Anderson DVD set she has a different disc for each month of pregnancy so there are 9 DVDs in the set. It's a good workout and I like how it keeps changing. I just found out I am pregnant last week and started the workouts this week. I love it.
