I just came back from a place where they give free ultrasounds for early pregnancy (through a church type clinic). I am 5 weeks 6 days today. Everything is just fine with the baby heart rate at 95 but she saw two sacks. She even said she saw a heartbeat in the second one. Spent 15 min trying to capture the heart rate and gave up saying it may be blood which is common in early pregnancy... What!? She said there is definitely two sacks but I only saw one little circle in one of them and nothing in the other. Does that sound like a cyst or a twin? The other "sac" was smaller than the first. (Attaching a pic of the sac with a measure able heart rate.) The other sac was on the other side (which she said was the correct placement for a twin) but I just didn't see anything and have had cysts before... Anyone with experience with either of these? I'm quite nervous now.
