I ordered GreensPlus from vitacost in the berry flavor and it is filled w nutrients so that I'm sure to get what I need everyday! I blend with almond milk, flax seed, frozen berries, and nut butter
I think as far as fitness goes, it's good to have a goal, and have it be something you enjoy. Otherwise, it's too easy to be like "eh, I don't feel great, so I'm going to skip it today."
As far as accomplishments....I ran 9.5 miles last night. I almost ran around the block to get to 10, and then decided I was too tired, haha. I'm training for a half marathon that's on May 31.
