Hi, I'm about 5 weeks today and was caught completely unaware that I was pregnant for the first 4 weeks! I pretty much did in that time all of the things you are not supposed to do! And I mean really, all of them...

I plan on making up for it starting to eat as well as possibly can now! Do any of you have some healthy meals you would like to share? Particularly lunches- as that is what I'm finding most difficult!

I did a lot of drinking before I found out I was pregnant but there aren't many foods I avoid during pregnancy. I try to eat as healthy as possible but sometimes all that will sound and taste good is the fattening comfort food.
I try to make a lot of salads with spinach, chicken or steak and lots of fresh veggies. I keep hard boiled eggs in the fridge to snack on. Also hummus, cottage cheese, nuts and lots of fruit.
I try to eat smaller meals/snacks more so than eating 3 bigger meals. My first pregnancy I would get nauseous if my stomach was empty. Dry cereal was a good snack to munch on too.
You will find what works for you.
As for lunches: I always have tortillas. I like to make wraps and quesadillas.
