I've been having panic attacks! I haven't had them since I was in my early 20's. (I'm 37 and a FTM).
It's just a crying attack, not hyperventilating or feeling like a heart attack but I'm worried. It's usually brought on by feeling overwhelmed. I own a business and am in grad school full time. I really have it pretty easy- I work from home and have an assistant. But everything feels like SO much. I'm always worried about throwing up (my MS has been severe) or not eating enough. I panic about having too many things to do. Now it seems like I'm panicking over little things! My wife asked that I wash my pans during the day and I melted down.
Any thoughts on this? Is it hormones? Is this normal? I feel like it's not!
Re: Anxiety/panic attacks while pregnant
Hey ladies, you're not alone.. Hormones, and general stress are making me feel all over the place..
( lol.
Ive always had a major phobia of being sick (which is not good when you're pregnant, as you can imagine lol). I've been learning to try and control it as much as possible, but still have panic attacks when I'm sick- I cry, I cant breathe, I shake, I go hot and cold.. poor baby probably wonders what the hell is going on! I have been much more emotional for the past week or so
These hormones have a lot to answer for!!
