pressure/heavy feeling in lower abdomen

Hey guys !!
So I'm 19 weeks pregnant in 2 days And this is about the second time this has happened, I get alot of pressure like a really heavy feeling in my lower abdomen I can't rest on it like roll over its intense but not painful at all & my abdomen feels abit harder when it happens. Is this normal ?? What is it ?? I'm a first time mum if you cant tell haha :P thanks !!!

Is it a tightness? Maybe early braxton hicks? Does it last like a couple seconds?

I had that twice yesterday! I thought it was one of my babies moving. It lasted for maybe 10-15 seconds and then went away!

It's a baby! seriously though if I tried rolling on my tummy I'd be pretty uncomfortable too. If it feels like your uterus is tightening its probably braxton hicks.

Mine did that during and after sex- lasting a few minutes... I had to support my belly in order to roll over

It happens to me too with both my first and second. Just bring it up at your next appointment but sometimes it's the muscles stretching. I get them before I fall asleep on one side or the other so I just turn to the side that's not bothering me and it feels better. If you walk to long too I get pressure pains that feel like tightening and it's just the muscles freaking out. It stops pretty soon if you just rest for a bit.

I just felt this for the first time two days ago it really scared me but I read it was normal ... Such a weird feeling !
