Moms intuition?

We aren't finding out the sex of our baby, but I've always had a feeling it's a boy. My husband and I joke that we are probably completely wrong, but just curious if there's any truth to a "mothers instinct" when having a sense for baby's sex? I haven't had any dreams althought I do hear that's common... Just an overall boy feeling and can literally picture a baby boy face in my mind... Thoughts??

That's how I felt with my first. I felt very strongly that we were having a boy even though everyone else kept saying no way,it's a girl. Low and behold, we have a beautiful son! This time I feel just as strong that we are having a girl, we will find out may 22. I'm aware that I could be wrong, and totally on with that. In fact we only havea boss name picked out lol but strong female Irish names are hard!I trust my intuition,you should trust yours too!

I've been told that if you have no sex preference mothers intuition is right about 70% of the time. We didn't know my daughters sex and I thought she was a girl and were right. I also only dreamed that she was a girl. I think this one is a boy and we won't find out until birth this time either. No dreams yet this time

Yes, actually. My doc told me there was some sort of medical study about mother's intuition in terms of sex. 87.5% of the time the mother's instinct is right! Fathers were right 50% of the time and grandmothers were right 25% of the time.

I want a boy very badly, but feel it is a girl and dream it is a girl. We find out in a month, I am interested so see if my intuition is correct!

From the day I found out I was pregnant, I knew it was a boy. My boyfriend and I both wanted a girl as well as my parents and sister. I was right, it's a boy. The idea of a little guy is growing in me. Now the hard part, figuring out a name!!!

my motherly intuition w. my first was girl and shes a girl!  now im feeling girl again. lol i'll hopefully find out very soon.

I really thought my first was a boy but I was wrong. I don't trust that anymore. This time I thought girl and its a boy. Go figure.

I thought I was having a boy the whole time.... I'm 16 weeks now and today went for our gender scan........ it's a GIRL!

Everyone around me has guessed girl.
I was certain I was having a girl until a few weeks ago when I had a very vivid dream of a little boy. I've had it a few times since then, and started to have a gut feeling about it. Found out today my dreams were right and its a little boy!

I KNEW my first was a girl. I was 100% sure! This time I didn't have a feeling yet and found out at 12.5w.

I am the minority in that statistic about mother's intuition being more accurate! I totally thought I was having a boy when I was pregnant with DD (up until the anatomy scan). I won't even guess this time

With my first I knew right away that it was a girl and I was right. This pregnancy took me a bit longer to get "that feeling." I had myself convinced that it was without a doubt a boy....turns out I was wrong. 1/2...I will take what I can get haha

I always wanted a little girl! I just had this feeling since I found out I was pregnant we were having a boy and I was right! My mother always said deep down you just know , guess for me she was right

Ladies who have yet to find out but have a strong gut feeling... When you do find out, PLEASE be sure to update on here with your initial "mommy intuition" and your actual baby's sex reveal!!!! I'd be delighted to see how many were right!!!

I had dreams for about a year before that I would have a boy as well as the whole 16 weeks leading up to my gender reveal ultrasound... everyone told me that I was having a girl, but my dreams have come true. For some reason he always had red hair in my dreams... we'll have to wait and see on that one, but my brother is strawberry blonde so who knows >:D<
