I'm 20 weeks and just found out we are having a baby girl! We're so excited and have started to look at names. I love the name Aubrey but not sure about a middle name. Thinking of Aubrey Charlotte or or Aubrey Layne/ Laine. Thoughts?

Aubrey is masculine and soooo trendy on a girl right now it will be dated like Ashley in a few years.

Aubrey is NMS...especially because it means "elf king". That's not so nice for a little girl! Maybe Audrey, Audra, Arabella or Aria would work better? Charlotte is my suggestion for the mn spot. Good luck! I'm sure she'll be beautiful!

I like Audrey better, too, but think Aubrey is fine. Aubrey Charlotte and Aubrey Lane are both nice.

Audrey Charlotte would be lovely.
Audrey Lane is okay, no need for extra letters.

Agreed. Audrey is lovely. Aubrey for a girl will be dated and time-stamped one day.

Audra is also great if you want something a little more different.
