Bridesmaid dress

So I'll going to be in my BIL wedding in the middle of August. I'll be about 19 weeks (hopefully!) I've put off buying my dress hoping to get pregnant soon but can't anymore and need to order it.

I've never gotten a dress from David's bridal. Are they usually true to size? I just don't know what size to order! I havent gotten real big with my two previous kids until closer to 24 weeks but who knows with number 3!

I can choose the style so I'm hoping to get one more flowy in the belly area. Any advice?? Thanks ladies!

Is there one near you? When I was getting married my sister was pregnant and they actually had a pregnancy pillow type thing you strap around your belly when trying on dresses. It might be worth taking the trip to the store. good luck!

I've gotten 3 bridesmaid dresses there and feel like they all ran small. I would go a size bigger than you think, it's easier to tailor it smaller than bigger.

My sister was 6 months pg at my wedding, and David's Bridal allowed her to exchange it when she was bigger then expected

They told me to order three sizes bigger and order extra fabric for the tailor. More money but at least you know it will fit correctly.

Yep I'll be six months pregnant in a bridesmaid dress in October... Kinda freaking out here. Lol

I'll be six months pregnant in a bridesmaids da dress in October. I bought the dress months ago because the bride really wanted us to wear that specific one and it was discontinued. I bought it 3 sizes too big and I'm just hoping and praying it works. It's a long sleek dress. Nothing flowey about it. Yikes!!!

I'm in the same boat! I'm the MOH in my best friend's wedding August 28th and am hoping that my dress will still work with whatever bump I will have at that time. We picked a long maxi dress from David's Bridal that you can style many different ways!
