Depression and newly pregnant.

So an unfortunate accident happened today and my 4 week old kitten passed away. I found out I was pregnant the day we got her/him and it grew very attached to me. I've been really down and I can't stop crying. I know grief isn't good for a new pregnancy I just don't know how to not feel so sad about my kitten passing away. I'm scared this will harm the baby and I just don't know what to do.
