TTC forth cycle anyone eles?

Hello I'm a 23 year old and I. On my forth cycle of femara I'm now on 7.5mg a day on day 3-7 of my cycle I also to a period inducer medication as well, has anyone had any luck with this medication and if so how long did it take to get a positive pregnancy test, I have been TTC for four years now going on five... please help!!!
