How to get rid of a headache?

I'm 18 yrs old and 10 weeks and 6 days pregnant with my first would appreciate any and all the advice I can get thank you!

I wish I had advice. I struggle with headaches almost daily. I used to drink a lot of caffeine and that helped (before I got pregnant) i know Tylenol is safe for you if it works. Unfortunately I need something like excedrin migraine and I can't take that now. Definitely ask your doctor

Have a coke, some black tea or coffee. Caffeine is permissible up to 200mg daily.

Drink water. Take your weight & divide by two. That's how many ounces a day you should be drinking minimum.

Tylenol is allowed. Follow the directions.

Eat: snack often every 3 hours. Try to include a sugar, protein & fruit/veg.

Examples: celery with cream cheese & pumpkin seeds. Yogurt with granola. A nutrigrain bar.
