Where's my milk gone?!?

In the space of 24 hours I have gone from full breasts with amazing let down. And expressing around 200mls at each express. Wake up yesterday morning and barely got 60mls from my now soft barely filled breasts.
I have been trying to not use the pump quite so much and only expressed from the side my baby didn't fed from over a couple of days and missed a few express sessions but does that really merit this poor let down?

Make sure to be drinking enough (enough as in a lot) water. Also make sure you are eating. I notice my supply decreases when I don't drink or eat as mu ch.
