Pain in my hip...

With my first pregnancy, I had a lot of pain in my right hip (where the pelvis and spine meet) towards the end. I was told it was probably the baby's head pushing on the sciatic nerve.
I'm 14w now and my hip is doing it again.... Already! Anyone else dealing with this?? I'll be fine walking around and all of a sudden feel like my leg is detaching, then it goes away again. Help!

I'm 14 weeks and have that feeling in my left hip when driving. Thinking it might be time to drive an auto.

Towards the end of my last pregnancy I could not sleep because of the hip pain so I was constantly tossing and turning all night! I haven't been feeling this pain yet but this past weekend I was babysitting my niece who is not yet a year and cannot walk and my sciatic nerve right down the center of my butt cheek starting throbbing. I had to stop carrying her and now I'm wondering as my pregnancy progresses if I am going to be dealing with that.

I have it in my right hip when I sleep is when it hurts the most- I've started using icy hot before bed it seems to help a little.

I had a lot of hip pain in my last pregnancy. Doing the "cat cow" stretch made a huge difference for me. It's detailed in most Bradley Method exercise pages.
