Which One?

We have a Liam and a Noah. I picked Liam and DH picked Noah. We liked them before they became so popular. Now we are stuck on our 3rd boy. If we had to name him today, we'd go with Graham bc that's what we both somewhat like. However, I'm not completely sold. I like Jude, but DH is slow to agree. Which do you prefer?

Jude or Graham? Or others?

    Both are nice.

I consider Graham to be timeless though. So I'd give the edge to Graham.

    Also, prefer Judah to Jude.

I like Jude, but both work honestly.

I love both options.  I feel like I've been hearing Graham a lot lately.  That makes me lean toward Jude.  Both names are top contenders if we have another boy.  Our other boys are Reed and Pierce.

    Numbers time!  Cause I'm bored.

Graham has been recorded all but 3 years since 1880. Jude has been recorded consistently 1927, first showed up 1912. 10 years ago in 05 Graham was ranked 408 and Jude was ranked 304 in 2013, Graham was 203 and Jude was 162. 1.876 boys were named Graham, 2,486 boys were named Jude. (I'm not even touching statistics for girls named Graham and Jude because seriously, if you name you're daughter Graham or Jude you should be ashamed of yourself.)

Graham has spent most of it's time (since 1880) in the low 700's and 600's, it's been slowly but fairly consistently moving up the ranks since it came on basically. Jude has a little more variance, spending most of it's first years off the top 1000, coming in and staying around the high 700's, and then falling out of the top 1000 in the 90's before coming back with avengance in the 2000. It jumped nearly 300 ranks between 1999 and 2000, going form 948 to 679. Damn hipsters and their Beatles revival. (I kid, Jude is a good name. Will side eye you if you name a child Penny Lane though. Hipsters.)
