Post Partum acne

I was wondering if anyone else is breaking out like a teenager post partum? During pregnancy my skin was great but not my cheeks are covered... My regular routine isn't decreasing it either! Suggestions??!

    It goes back to normal, i promise!!! Moisturize with coconut oil instead of cold creams. I use charcoal face washes :)

    My face chest and back were ridiculously bad during pregnancy and while my face has improved post partum my back is still a wreck...so much worse than teenage years ever were and I'm 28. No routine seems to help and my husband points out my son's baby acne like it's contagious lol!
