meds anyone???

Hello ladies! I am new to this. I am 6 wks and 4 days today with my first. I am so ecstatic! ! I am also scared because I have some issues. I have been on psych meds for 5 years, and have a severe spinal disease that has had me on heavy duty pain meds for about 4 months. Of course, I have spoken to all drs and am weaning off accordingly, but I am so scared there has already been damage done. I know I just have to put it in God's hands and trust that He's got it, but I just hope everything is ok. The day I found out I called all drs to get started right away. Does anyone have experience with anything like this?
