Yes, I plan on going out downtown for my birthday, but can't decide on a restaurant - any suggestions?

Last year we went to Oak Steakhouse and it was phenomenol!  I was thinking Robert's of Charleston, but read some reviews that it's not that great.

Good luck at the RE!!  I hope they have some great answers for you (and I hope the doctor is fabulous just in case I need a reccomendation soon!)

    Hi! Hmmm lets see..let me think of restaraunts...our favorite..but its not really that "fancy" is the charleston marina rest./ the variety store....its right on the water and they have a cute lil bad "Salty Mikes" underneath.

    I heard Magnolias was good downtown..and Southend is good...I will keep thinking!:)

    hmmm I have never even  heard of the Charleston Marina Restaurant - I will have to look into that! 

    I am trying to stay away from the "Charleston style" restaurants like Magnolia, High Cotton, etc. because I tend to go there so much with clients.
