I don't have a baby yet but I've nannied for 10 years and done overnights, etc. one big thing I came to know about was zip up pajamas for at night instead of snaps. Getting up to change a diaper at 1am (and 3am and 5am etc) is bad enough without having to figure out 10 or 15 little snaps in the dim or dark room
