Almost 6 weeks but have concerns...

I am almost 6 weeks pregnant. Just found out this week from my Ob visit. I went in because I had spotting for 2 days, 1 nothing, then 2 days of heavy bleeding filled by 8days and still continuing with dark brown bleeding. I was sent for a blood text but am very nervous as I have had 1 miscarriage before. Still no blood test results. Anyone have anything similar or any advice?

I have no advice for you as my loss was a late-term (21 weeks 5 days) and I had to go through induced labor and everything so I have no experience with spontaneous miscarriages. I just wanted to say that I have my fingers crossed for you.

I think Goggle is the Worst right now.... hate the wait and seeing, its the most nerve-racking part. I have seen everything from miscarriage to people who have had this and everything turns out fine.  Gives me some hope, still praying for the best. Hope to hear results from the Dr. soon.

I bled heavily with my third pregnancy and she is now a happy four year old. Hang in there!

I am so sorry that you're going through this stressful event! I had a very early loss last month, at just over four weeks. But one of my friends had a lot of bleeding throughout her pregnancy. It wasn't an easy pregnancy by any stretch of the imagination, but that baby is now a healthy and happy nine year old boy. FX for you! Hopefully everything will turn out well with your blood work.

My first pregnancy i started bleeding and cramping and miscarried. My third pregnancy and second baby i bled for the first 15 weeks of the pregnancy. I then had an irritable uterus, kidney stones, and pulled a muscle in my stomach that didn't heal until my daughter was born. All of that but not one thing affected my daughter only me and she was born at 39 weeks 7lbs 15oz and will be 1 on April 16. Theres no way to know for sure, maybe try and rest and watch a movie to get your mind off it. keep us posted. Positive vibes and praying for a sticky baby.

I bled for the first 12 weeks when I was pregnant with my twins. It was sometimes as heavy as a period. I've also lost a baby with no bleeding at all. I wish you luck. Has your doctor scheduled a follow up appt?

Thank you for all the support and positive thoughts my way. no blood results yet but I have an ultrasound scheduled for the AM along with another HCG blood screening. Lots of prayers and rest for me tonight. Although a
Little relieved to know I should have answers tomorrow. Thank you again for all your support, puts my mind at ease. Will keep you all posted!
