How Long Did It Take to Get Pregnant?

Just curious how long it took everyone to get pregnant with your D15 baby. Thought it would be interesting to know

Got off of BCP by January, and prevented other ways throughout that month. February, DS was sick quite often so we knew there was no way it was going to happen. March, Dom got sick again, but I was temping and thought perhaps we hit our window, but weren't counting on it. Apparently we did it. O_o

I was still nursing our August 2014 baby, so it took a few months while my hormones regulated.

I only had my period twice between my O13 baby and this one, due to nursing. After I got my period back we actually started trying, so I guess that is two months.

I have PCOS. So I was on metformin on and off but was not actively ttc at that point. Went back on it in Feb this year after ttc for 3 months. I'm at 5w/6d today. Hope that helps.

I had an ectopic last fall. After that was resolved, we wanted to immediately try again. With no tubes left, IVF was our only option. We had a consultation in December and started up with my January cycle. My thyroid meds interfered with the IVF meds and we didn't have a retrieval until February. I hyper stimulated (they retrieved 38 eggs!!), so my transfer was pushed to March. My ectopic was due in June, and this baby is due in December, so that's 6 months total that it took. But we're special snow flakes I think...

We decided to leave it up to man upstairs.  We didn't prevent.  I had an ectopic that ruptured in 2008 and it took me almost 5 years with three losses to get pregnant with my third.  This time around we knew it would probably be difficult since for some reason I don't like to ovulate on the side with the remaining tube.  I was convinced that we couldn't get pregnant and then bam...positive test.

We just decided about a month & a half ago to start trying for baby #2.  However, this is technically our 2nd month of trying.

We weren't actually trying. It took over 3 years to get pregnant with our first...he was born in Septemer 14 and now I'm pregnant again 6 months later! Funny how that happens..

TTC since Aug. 2014. Had a CP in Dec with no period in January. 7 months total 3 since CP. Congrats ladies (and gentlemen) H and H 9 months!

Mid-March is apparently my fertile time. Last pregnancy took six months to achieve, this one took 2 months. My due date is two days off from my last due date.
