MS vanished!!! Please help!!

Hi ladies I'm 5 weeks and 4 days and the past week I've had bad morning sickness. I had to call my doctor for medicine it was so bad. However now it's completely gone for the past 3 days. I had my first hcg draw and it was 3500 and my doctor was happy so that eased my mind a little. I had morning sickness with my son but not that early. I'm just worried cause I miscarried before him and I don't want to experience that again. My boobs still hurt and I'm peeing frequently and I have no cramping or bleeding, but does anyone else have symptoms coming and going I'm a nervous wreck!!!!
