implantation bleeding?

When did your implantation start? And did you miss your period then have implantation bleeding?

This is my first pregnancy so I dont know for sure but a week after I ovulated I spotted a bit and I thought "oh no, here comes my period early, I guess it didn't work this month? " a week later ( just before my expected period) I had a positive pregnancy test. Im thinking that it may have been the implantation? They say 7-10 days after you ovulate.

This is my first pregnancy and I had 3 days of light brown spotting before my BFP on 12DPO. My spotting was enough to think we were out this month too. But it was never enough to think it was a real period and never pink or red. That's when I started questioning it. Good luck!

I have the same question. I missed my period and week later I am having bleeding, severe cramps. My HCG level is 26 2 days ago. Visited ER and they said it mught be a m uscartoage. ultrasound couldn't find any gastational evidence. I have to take another blood test tomorrow to see my HCg levels. Its only 4 weeks when they took US. I don't understand. This is my first time pregnancy. Ttc about 3 months now.
