eggs in a cup!! take 2 eggs, put in a little milk salt and pepper, stir em up in a coffee cup - microwave 40 sec, stir, microwave till done! super quick and easy
Due to my 8 month old never wanting me to do anything without him, right before we found out we were expecting, I stocked up a little bit on some singles meals. The Smart Ones breakfast oatmeal thingies are fantastic though! I've been eating the apple-cinnamon oatmeal ones and they're just enough to get me through the morning and to not make me so full that I end up dealing with nausea.

I've found that protein in the morning is a life saver. I tend to get a little dizzy and if I eat scrambled eggs or an omlet & some fresh fruit I feel so much better.
