Sore boobs

hi gals. I do not remember having this much pain in my boobs with my son. It hurts constantly. Any tips for relief? Im 4w3days and this is just do uncomfortable

Perhaps hot compresses? That helped when I was nursing. My breasts aren't sore except DH keeps squeezing them to see if they are which is kind of making them sore. O_o
DH: Are they sore? *squeeze*
