hi there ! Do you guys already have favorite names ? im from belgium and in dont want a common typpical name. So maybe i gain some ideas over here
For a girl i like : Anna and Axelle for a boy : Elias or Korneel Do you hear that names alot with you guys ? My husband likes Lisa but its comming to popular in Belgium I always had a other girl in my class with the same name as i , i dont want that for my children.
We named our first LO Eleanor. For this next LO, if it's a boy we decided on Patrick Sheamus and we haven't decided on a girl but we do know we'll be using Doris after DH's grandmother
Your boys names and Axelle are not common in the Chicagoland area in the U.S. - at least not that I know of! My name is Trista and I LOVE that no one ever had my name growing up or now for that matter :-)! I couldn't convince my hubby of any uncommon names that I liked, such as Emelynn, so I think we are going with Reagan. However, I want to spell it Rehgan and he wants Raegan, so I think we are settling on Regan, but I'm trying hard for Rehgan! Lol....any thoughts on that anyone?
That's what I think....we are going to use it for a girl. I'm glad to hear that at least people assume Regan is ray-gan because that's what we are going for. Thanks so much for your input. It's so hard to compromise! Lol
I'm the same way in regards to unique names. My name is Katie, so super duper common, and I hated growing up always having to be Katie Last initial, or even worse Katie Last Name in situations where there was another Katie with the same last initial.
I've always loved Ainsley, but my husband isn't a fan. Really, we have totally different ideas as far as names. I hate most of his ideas and he hates most of mine. We have a girl name we are both good with, and our boy name we agreed on I now feel like it's too much of a compromise for me, I just don't love it.
Finding the perfect name for is with our 2 girls was a difficult task. I am from Bulgaria, so we had to find a balance between the cultures and pronunciation. I love uncommon names and always look for more unique ones. My girls are Talia and Arielle and I'm very happy with our choices. Now it's my 3rd pregnancy and we are thinking about Mila or Milan for a boy, Zoe or Zane for a boy. Hubby loves the name Aden and I like Kaia for a girl. We will see, I keep checking almost every day for new options Wish you a smooth and healthy pregnancy!

But I'll constantly be checking the most common baby names list until we're writing it on some paperwork.
