I am doing my very first round of iui w clomid and trigger shot. Does anyone have any tips? Also , has anyone gotten pregnant their first round?

I assume since she's doing the trigger that she's using an RE.
I did get pregnant the first time I used clomid + iui. But I had a cancelled cycle first when I overresponded to the clomid and had four mature follies.
