New allergies??

anyone else find they suddenly have seasonal allergies when you didn't before you were pregnant? I've never really suffered with allergies before and now I'm absolutely miserable. I cannot stop coughing and it's keeping me from sleeping. And worse than that I wet my pants with every big cough. I'm taking what I can but it really isn't helping...uggggh.
